Lothian Mechanical Handling Ltd (LMH) is a family-run business based in Blackburn,
West Lothian, Scotland. Established in 1980, the company has grown
over the years and now employs 20 staff in areas of forklift and warehousing equipment sales, service, hire, parts, transport, and administration.
Our depot is ideally located off junction 4 of the M8 motorway giving us quick and easy access to Glasgow & Edinburgh. Our service team travel the length and breath of Scotland to give our customers a second to none aftersales service.

LMH Ltd is ideally situated off Junction 4 of the M8 which enables us to access all the major motorway networks in central Scotland and reduce traveling time to customers. LMH Ltd is a supplier of TCM forklift trucks.
We have an extensive hire fleet of around 300 forklift trucks all available on a range of hire terms from one-day hire to long-term hires. Our fleet of forklifts ranges from diesel, gas, and electric including warehouse equipment with varying specifications and lift heights.
Our service department currently has 8 service engineers covering Scotland and our service vans carry a wide range of service and repair parts to ensure a reduced downtime for customers’ trucks. Our parts department carries a wide range of parts for various makes of fork trucks, we also run forklift driver training courses to ensure the safe operation of equipment.
